I want to give good feedback about PROVE Go. ๐ฅ As a background I have 15 years of gym training and some CrossFit. However, due to some back problems, I had to take a break from working out and I was wondering how to get things started again. I started testing PROVE Go and after yesterdayโs workout I can only say WOW! ๐คฉ How can you get such a feeling in your body with just a few simple movements.
